About BudgetWise

Built with purpose,
designed for clarity

Our Story

BudgetWise was born out of a simple observation: most personal finance tools are designed for Western markets, using foreign currencies and assumptions that don't fit everyday Zambian life. I am set out to change that.

Built at Information and Communications University (ICU), Zambia, BudgetWise is a proof-of-concept for a homegrown financial tool β€” one that speaks ZMW first, integrates with local realities, and is fast, elegant, and free to use.

Whether you're tracking your monthly salary, managing business cash flow, or simply trying to understand where your money goes β€” BudgetWise gives you the clarity to make smarter decisions.
